Your first steps into work shouldn’t depend on who you know or what you can afford.
VIA QUINTA offers completely free career coaching to young adults aged 18–25 facing barriers to entering employment or progressing in their careers.
What can we work on?
Finding your first job, preparing for interviews, recognising your strengths, building confidence or understanding how workplaces operate.
Sessions normally take place monthly over six months, giving you time to put what we discuss into practice.
Who can express an interest?
If you’re aged 18–25 and facing barriers to employment or career progression, you’re welcome to get in touch.
You don’t need to prove financial hardship, fit a particular category or share sensitive personal experiences.
What happens next?
- Complete a short expression of interest.
- I’ll review your circumstances and the places available.
- If appropriate, we’ll arrange a free 25-minute introductory conversation.
- If we both agree to proceed and a place is available, we’ll arrange your first session.
Places are limited. Expressing interest does not guarantee an invitation or a place. There is no obligation to provide testimonials or publicity.
Expressions remain open
If the two annual places are filled, you can still express an interest in future opportunities. We’ll be clear that no place is promised. Unsuccessful expressions are normally retained for six months after our last meaningful contact, as explained in the Privacy Notice.
