“I’m good at my job. Why am I not progressing?”
It isn’t always obvious what gets you noticed. We can look at what’s happening and what you can influence.
Career & executive coaching
You can be good at your job and still find the next step difficult to work out.
Coaching gives you space to make sense of what’s happening and decide what to do next.
What brings you here?
It isn’t always obvious what gets you noticed. We can look at what’s happening and what you can influence.
Moving into management changes the work. We can explore what that means for you and your team.
A difficult manager or a conversation you’ve been putting off? We can work out how you want to handle it.
Your coach

My career has taken me from technology into management consulting and leadership roles across financial services. Much of that work has involved helping people make decisions in complicated organisations. My work has included transformation, operating models, programme delivery and M&A integration.
One thing that experience has taught me: knowing your job and knowing how an organisation really works are not quite the same thing. The organisation chart only tells part of the story. Much depends on relationships and expectations that may never be put into words.
Alongside my executive roles, I’ve coached and mentored professionals through structured programmes in consulting firms, helping them think through promotions, career changes and new responsibilities.
That’s the perspective I bring to VIA QUINTA. I’ll take time to understand your situation and ask questions that help you examine your assumptions. The decisions remain yours.

A space to work through the real decisions, conversations and responsibilities you face at work. I’m initially working with ten clients, so each coaching relationship has room for individual attention.
The coaching starts with a free 25-minute mutual conversation. I’ll review your enquiry first and invite you to talk if I think I can help. There is no obligation to proceed.
Explore Founding 10Both options cover a twelve-month coaching relationship. Sessions are arranged by mutual agreement.
Individual goals, a development plan, coaching on real challenges and regular progress reviews. Limited ad hoc support between sessions may be available, subject to capacity and urgency.
The aim is meaningful progress and greater independence, rather than indefinite coaching.
As one of the Founding 10, you’ll also have:
There’s no obligation to attend future activities or continue coaching. We’ll agree any subsequent coaching arrangement separately.
Your Coaching Journey
There’s no fixed syllabus. We start with what’s happening in your working life and work through what will help.
Understand the situation, including the expectations and relationships that may not be obvious.
Identify what matters most and what progress would look like.
Explore your choices and put one or two useful things into practice.
Reflect on what worked and strengthen your judgement for the next challenge.
We can move between these questions as your needs change. Progress is not just solving today’s problem; it is becoming better equipped to deal with the next one.
Getting started
A few lines about the decision or situation you want to work through. No CV or lengthy questionnaire.
After I review your enquiry, I may invite you to a free conversation. We agree a time directly to talk about your situation and whether coaching would be useful.
If we both decide to proceed, I’ll send the agreement, cancellation information, privacy information and one intake form directly. We agree the terms and payment arrangements before the first session. An enquiry does not enrol you or guarantee a place.
Opportunity Programme · Ages 18–25
VIA QUINTA also offers up to two fully funded coaching places a year for young adults facing barriers to employment or career progression. Six one-hour sessions, normally monthly. Expressions of interest are welcome even when places are filled; a place is not guaranteed.
