Enquiries and programme participation
The enquiry forms request personal review. They do not reserve places, enrol clients or take payments. Programme participation is subject to a suitability conversation and an agreed coaching relationship.
The Opportunity Programme is a VIA QUINTA initiative, not a registered charity.
Before coaching begins
The applicable coaching agreement, privacy information and consumer cancellation information will be provided before a commitment is made. This website does not replace those documents.
Where the Consumer Contracts Regulations apply to a distance coaching agreement, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after the day the contract is entered into. Send a clear statement to [email protected]; the model cancellation form is optional. Starting paid coaching during that period requires a separate express request. If you then cancel, a proportionate amount may be payable for coaching actually supplied, in accordance with applicable law.
Separately, the coaching agreement allows cancellation on 10 days’ written notice, with fees reconciled to the agreed plan and sessions delivered. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
At the end of the paid programme, unused paid sessions are reconciled at the selected plan’s per-session value and refunded unless a reasonable extension is agreed in writing. There is no automatic three-month extension.
